Engine Modifications Included:
Cylinder: Bore, Port and Plate.
Power Valves: Machined to match big bore ports.
Head: Re-chamber to work with the Big Bore piston and stroker crank.
Crankshaft: Stroked and balanced.
Crankcase: Modified to clear stroker crank.
Parts: Wiseco Piston kit, necessary gaskets, top end bearing.
Blueprint: Calculate deck height, squish clearance, trapped volume, port timing and compression ratio and list on your permanent Spec-Sheet.
Notes: This is a complete engine build, it requires you to send us your entire engine for modification with kick starter and shifter.

Notes: The CR280 is a great all over power improvement. It adds tons of bottom and mid but also revs out on top. This package can be used in so many different applications that there is really nothing it can’t do. MX, Woods, hill shooter, dunes, and desert, it does it all well. We can even change the porting a touch for Kart applications. We love this kit and you will too.
While this package is more money than a bore-only engine it is the real deal and the best engine option available for the CR250 hands down.
How long will it take to get my engine back and I’m running the vhm two piece head can it be modified to work with this set up if so im ready to ship my 2001 cr 250 engine this sounds like the best engine option out there for my bike this is my favorite bike by far I bought it new in 01 and ride it almost daily i recently did a full engine rebuild on it and it ran perfectly for around 20 hrs until the piston wore out ive went through 3 top ends after that it runs fine for no longer than 1 hr before it bogs out im not sure what I did wrong I haven’t done a leak down test but it does seem like maybe it’s taking on air some where and honestly I’m sick of working on it its time to admit I’m not a good mechanic and send it to the professionals like I said this is my favorite bike its set up for mountains tight single track I’m keeping it for ever and need it done right with the best I sure hope you can help me get it running perfectly thanks for your time looking forward to your reply and doing business with you
